Programs of One 5 Clinics:
One 5 Clinics offer both Open Clinics and Team Clinics. It is our objective to be flexible with our programs in
order to meet the unique needs of each rink, association, and team.
Based on our experience we believe that one of the following program
options will meet your needs but we are not limited to the options
below. Please call to discuss what program is of interest to you!
Open Clinics:
Designed to improve individual skills and promote roller hockey
- One Day – 3 hours - $60 per skater, $45 per goalie
- Two Day – 2 hours each day - $80 per skater, $60 per goalie
- Skaters: minimum of 24, maximum of 32
- Goalies: maximum of 8
Team Clinics:
Designed to enhance team play, improve individual skills, and promote roller hockey
- One Day – 3 hours - $60 per skater, $45 per goalie
- Two Day – 2 hours each day - $80 per skater, $60 per goalie
- Weekly – 1 hour per week for 10 weeks - $150 per skater, $100 per goalie
- Skaters: minimum of 24, maximum of 32
- Goalies: maximum of 8

Skills Training:
- Hockey Position: Preparation and Awareness
- Skating: Forwards, Backwards,
Crossovers, Transitions, Stops & Starts, Power Skating, Speed,
Weight Distribution, Agility, Balance, Edges, Form
- Stick handling: Forwards, Backwards, Puck Control, Shielding, Finesse, Creativity
- Shooting: Wrist Shot, Snap Shot, Flip Shot, Backhand, Puck Position, Quick Release, Form
- Passing: Forehand, Backhand, Saucer, Receiving, Form
- Goaltending: Movement, Footwork, Angles, Up & Down, Glove, Blocker, Pads
Game Condition Training:
- Offense: One-on-Ones, Odd Man Rushes, Passing, Skating Lanes, Cycling, Taking Space, Breakout, Backchecking, Communication
- Defense: One-on-Ones, Odd Man Rushes, Breakouts, Cycling, Taking Space, Vision, Communication
- Vision: Situational Play and Awareness
