One 5 Hockey teams up with Jay Creel and the Junior Fire Ants Program
Posted: August 14, 2008 12:25PM; Updated: August 17, 2008 3:42PM  One 5 Hockey Clinics is proud to announce that we have partnered with Jay Creel and the Junior Fire Ants youth program. One 5 looks forward to running our first of two clinics at the Plainville Indoor Sports Arena in Plainville CT. The first 2 clinics will take place on Columbus Day weekend. One 5 hockey is the official developmental clinic series of AAU hockey and we look forward to working with Jay and all the kids and families from the Junior Fire Ants
Rink Rat and RBK/CCM will be supplying raffle prizes for the kids and One 5 will have Tshirts and Hats for sale as well at the event.

Jay Creel, the program director for the Junior FireAnts Youth Development Program and affiliate of the AIHL's (an AAU sanctioned organization) own Hartford FireAnts www.hartfordfireants.com located in Plainville CT is partnering with One5 Hockey's Michael Hunt and Robert Jordan to provide the 65+ kids across the 8U-14U Junior FireAnt program plus the kids currently playing in league play an opportunity to develop their skills. With the enthusiasm of the young players and the extensive experience of the One5 Hockey staff, the clinic scheduled for Columbus Day weekend (October 11th) looks to be a tremendous success and only the beginning of a partnership that will help grow youth roller hockey throughout central Connecticut. Any interested players youth age 6U-16U and youth coaches can contact Jay Creel directly at 860.729.6569 for registration information. Space is limited and filling up fast.
The clinic date is:
Saturday, October 11th
9am-12pm (6U-12U)
1pm-4pm (14U and 12U advanced, plus 16U)
